Millie Vilaplana, like many of us who dedicate our careers to educating and training others, is a life-long learner. She holds an undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Mexico City, a master's degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State, has been recertified as a CPLP and as SPHR. Last fall she was an evaluator for the CPLP projects with Area of Expertise in Training Development. Her own CPLP project was in Measuring and Evaluating.
